Custom Paver Installation & Hardscaping
All Green Landscaping LLC installs paver patios, walkways, driveways, steps, and related hardscape features in Monmouth County. We also assess existing pavers for cleaning, joint-sand replacement, settled areas, and individual damaged units.
What a paver estimate should address
Project scope depends on square footage, demolition, access, elevations, drainage, edge conditions, the selected paver, and the pattern. A durable installation also depends on excavation depth, a compacted aggregate base, surface pitch, edge restraint, and properly finished joints. Those conditions should be reviewed before the material quantity and work schedule are finalized.
For an existing patio or walkway, we first need to determine whether the request is primarily cleaning and new polymeric sand or whether settled pavers, drainage, or failed edges require repair. Power washing alone does not correct movement below the surface.
Paver Installation FAQs
What type of pavers or brands do you use?
Material options vary by project and availability. During the estimate, compare paver size, color blend, texture, pattern, border treatment, and how the new surface meets steps, doors, driveways, or existing pavement.
Can I choose a custom design for my paver patio?
Yes. The layout can account for the dimensions of the space, intended use, material pattern, border, transitions, and nearby landscape features. Bring reference photos or material preferences to the estimate.
How much does paver installation cost?
Square footage and material choice are important, but demolition, excavation, base preparation, access, drainage, cuts, borders, steps, and repair conditions can also affect cost. A site visit is needed for a project-specific estimate.
Do you offer paver restoration and power washing?
Yes. Depending on the condition, the scope may include power washing, lifting and resetting settled pavers, replacing damaged units, and applying new polymeric sand. We inspect the surface first to separate cleaning needs from base, drainage, or edge problems.
