Terms of Service

Welcome to All Green Landscaping LLC. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") carefully before scheduling any services with us. By hiring us to perform landscaping, hardscaping, lawn care, cleanups, or snow removal services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Service Proposals & Estimates
All written project proposals and cost estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. We reserve the right to revise or withdraw proposals after 30 days if they have not been formally accepted. Any modifications to the scope of work requested after project commencement will be treated as a change order and billed accordingly.
2. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the safety of our crew and property efficiency, the homeowner or customer agrees to:
- Clear the Property: Keep all lawn and work areas free of toys, pet waste, lawn furniture, hoses, and general debris prior to our scheduled arrival.
- Unlock Access Points: Ensure that gates, driveways, and relevant property access points are unlocked and unobstructed.
- Secure Pets: Keep all pets safely secured indoors during our scheduled service window.
- Flag Utilities: Explicitly flag or notify us of any underground assets, including sprinkler systems, invisible dog fences, cables, or landscape lighting lines.
3. Liability & Exclusions
While All Green Landscaping LLC takes the utmost care on every property, we explicitly exclude liability for the following:
- Damage to unmarked underground installations (including sprinkler lines, lighting wires, invisible fences, or cable lines) not clearly communicated or flagged by the customer.
- Damage caused by weather extremes, natural disasters, soil erosion, or plant diseases after work completion.
- Minor turf distress caused by normal mower tire paths during excessively wet seasonal conditions.
4. Payment Terms & Billing
We accept cash and checks. Our billing terms are as follows:
- Due Date: Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date.
- Late Payments: Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee or interest fee.
- Service Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend recurring maintenance services if billing invoices are outstanding past 30 days.
5. Cancellation Policy
For one-off services (like yard cleanups or paver projects), we require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. For recurring maintenance accounts, you may cancel your service agreement at any time with a 30-day written notice.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement and all services performed shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
